Aparima
A church management system running for a New Zealand congregation, with the public website built on the same platform. Staff work from one place: people and households, enquiries and follow-up tasks, events with registration and check-in, venue bookings and quotes, giving with reconciliation, and reports that answer what happened this month. Roles decide what each person sees — finance figures stay with finance. The public side carries services, sermons, ministries and giving in seven languages.

KK Trips
A booking platform for New Zealand tours, activities, and attraction tickets — the Bookme model, built for an Auckland travel agency. The backend speaks directly to each operator's API, so orders are placed, confirmed, and settled without anyone re-keying them, and every transaction posts straight into Xero. Bilingual storefront with accounts, wishlists, and loyalty points.

NearBuild
Auckland Council publishes recent resource consent applications as a rolling PDF. NearBuild fetches it, parses every record into a searchable database, and keeps the source link and fetch time on each one, so any result can be traced back to the document it came from. Search by address, suburb or application number, and set a watch on an address to hear when something new is lodged near it.

A free accounting tool for New Zealand sole traders: invoicing, income and expense tracking, and GST and income tax calculated automatically from day-to-day records. Designed, engineered, and shipped end to end by our team.

Venue Pro
A venue management system first built for a badminton centre on Auckland's North Shore, now covering the whole operation: court and event bookings, memberships and prepaid credit, racket stringing jobs, pro-shop retail with inventory and purchase orders, staff permissions, and revenue reporting — one system instead of a spreadsheet and a paper diary.

Warehouse
Inbound and outbound stock control for a second-hand computer trader. Used hardware doesn't behave like new: ten identical MacBooks each carry their own condition, price, and history, so every machine and every part is tracked as its own SKU — costed, graded, and auditable from intake through to dispatch and invoicing.
